Returns Policy

Thanks for your purchase with SIM Demon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the goods and a 14-day window for shipping back to our warehouse.

If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be in pristine condition, and this includes the absence of any contamination for example; pet hair, cigarette smoke, etc. 

If you have a faulty product, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

 

How To Request a Return

To initiate a return, visit our Help and Support Page and select "Request a Return" and fill out the form. Once this is filled out and submitted, one of our team will be in touch.

Please do not send your return back to us without having an approved RMA and RMA number, which you must use in any correspondence. If you do not have an RMA number we will have no way of tracking your return and your return will not be approved. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless advised by us to do so in writing.

The returns Department reviews returns weekly on Wednesday's. Please bear this in mind before chasing up a return.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the returned item or items are deemed used or unable to sell as new, we may offer a partial refund. The refund amount can range from 90-50% of the original value depending on the condition of the returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through your original support ticket.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should ship your return to: SIM Demon Returns, Unit 6, Cedar Court, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6GT

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We would recommend using DPD. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

How to Package Your Return

Please ensure your product(s) are securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Additionally, include a note inside the package clearly stating your order number to help us process your return efficiently.

If an item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. SIM Demon cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit if the item was not properly packed by the customer.

 

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive a product which differs from what was confirmed in your order confirmation, we will arrange for its return at no cost to you, including any delivery charges, and send the correct item. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is returned in its original condition.

If the item has been used or is not returned in resalable condition, we reserve the right to apply a restocking or refurbishment fee to cover any loss in value.
