Warranty Claims
SIM Demon will honour any valid warranty claims provided that a claim is submitted within the relevant product warranty period for the matching serial-numbered product. Where a warranty cannot be managed locally, SIM Demon will provide details and any associated documents to allow a direct-to-manufacture return.Â
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.
Shipping
SIM Demon will either arrange a courier collection for your items or provide a pre-paid shipping label. Customers will be required to pre-pay for return shipping on the condition that reasonable postage charges, (e.g a standard tracked service) will be reimbursed by SIM Demon upon a successful warranty claim.

Please do not return your product without an approved RMA.
How to Package Your Return
Please ensure your product(s) are securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Whenever possible, use the original packaging, as it offers the best protection. Additionally, include a note inside the package clearly stating your order number to help us process your return efficiently.
SIM Demon cannot accept responsibility for damage caused in transit if the item was not properly packed by the customer.
Our Process
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, SIM Demon will resolve the claim by:
a) repairing the item, where possible, usually through a manufacturer authorised repair centre.
b) replace the item like for like, subject to stock and continued availability
c) replace the item with a suitable substitute
d) offer a store credit for the value of the original purchase value
e) offer a refund to the original payment method for the value of the original purchase value
Unconfirmed warranty claims i.e. items that work as expected when tested will be available for collection or returned to the customer at their own expense.

B-Stock Products are subject to a 6 month warranty unless stated otherwise.
