From today Fanatec Wheels will come equipped with the new QR2 Quick Release Adapter as standard, replacing the QR1, which has now been discontinued.
We will begin offering wheels with the QR2 adapter as new stock arrives. Some of our older stock will still include the QR1, be sure to check before you purchase to make sure you have the right QR for your wheelbase.
The QR2 offers enhanced rigidity and durability, providing a superior connection for sim racing enthusiasts. However, for those who prefer the QR1, it will remain available as an option while stocks last.

If you need to upgrade your existing CSL or Gran Turismo wheelbase to QR2, you will need the QR2 Base-Side Type-C.
