Many customers have asked us for a T1000 version that can be adjusted according to their desires in order to make changes very often and quickly.

We have therefore created the T1000 AL which will have the main strength of being directly compatible with the best actuators on the simulation market: ProSimu PRS 200

Hyper rigid structure with the main frame in 90×90 which will be very rigid in all directions with stiffening brackets. Rigidity is very important to give you all the movement/vibration information sent by the ProSimu PRS 200 actuators.

On the market, there are some simulators using 160×40 profiles which are quite rigid in longitudinal but not transverse and often with small retaining square. It, therefore, has a lack of rigidity and absorption of information from the cylinder by the chassis instead of communicating this information to the driver.

All the aluminium profiles come from France and are cut to the right length and then painted with a baked epoxy paint as a whole. This detail is important: it allows to receive profiles without aluminium filings which reduces the risk of scratching the profiles. Textured paint for a qualitative presentation even for cut parts – no cuts to the fingers during assembly.! The paint covers the cut parts. This is not found from the main sellers of profiles from China which are sharp and simply anodized.

The paint used is a textured epoxy paint which has the property of not leaving fingerprints. Epoxy paint also helps prevent scratches of all kinds and is stronger than anodizing.

We also put 5mm steel caps to cover the end caps of the profiles, which will give a better finish and strength than simple plastic caps. To fix these caps, we have threaded the ends of the profiled tubes, this will allow you to easily add options on your simulator: speakers, decoration and button box …..

We have also developed a super rigid steering wheel support that will allow you to put the heaviest steering wheel on the market without any risk or even to climb on it to do your housework 😉 or to celebrate your victory on the hood of your ProSimu T1000 AL! !!

Upgradable : Adaptable on our P5MP / P7MP to then become a T1000 5M AL or T1000 7M AL !!!
